a charming experience

The hotel had supermarkets right in the building, a great convenience. i found the onsen large and very clean (it helped me relax so much!). the location was near the train station and the bay. It made seeing the sights very easy for me. the family mart inside was super handy, too.
the hallways did not have air conditioning, made them a bit stuffy for me.

amazing stay with bay views

the lobby is grand, almost like a palace. i was so excited to see the pool, spa, and choice of restaurants. the location is perfect i could walk everywhere. it seemed like a luxury hotel at a fantastic price. i definitely plan to stay here again next time i am visiting!
i found the air conditioning a bit warm and stuffy since it was centrally controlled i would have preferred to adjust it myself for optimal comfort.

the room provided yukata, slippers, and even hair ties. i found two convenience stores right inside the building , made grabbing necessities easy. there were several restaurants and cafes available i didn't even have to leave the hotel for dining options.

Small Room and Parking Problems

The hotel's location was acceptable , putting me in a good spot to see local attractions.
I was told parking was available , but there were no spaces on either night of my stay. Security staff tried to give directions to other parking lots , however the directions were only in Japanese. the room felt small and didn't accommodate luggage well.

The hotel featured two family marts on the fourth floor. I also found luggage storage very easy. Onsen was also great.
The room size was too small. There wasnt comfortable seating, only the beds. I could not open more than one piece of luggage at a time.

The check-in was fast despite many travelers. Luggage desk staff was helpful, as they quickly organized a bag re-delivery to the hotel. Check-out was automatic, not needing the front desk.

the location near the station was convenient.
the room felt very small for the price i paid. i also found it difficult to adjust the room temperature, so the room was uncomfortably warm. it seems the staff were unable to help with this issue (they only offered a small fan).

the bathing facilities stood out to me they were quite amazing. i also liked the shopping options available inside the hotel. it was very convenient to have everything in one place. the air conditioning unit worked very well in the rooms too
the bed was quite hard i found it not very comfortable. the thermostat in the room seemed to only make the room hotter. the heat felt centrally controlled and hard to adjust. it was a bit stuffy
